Looking for a third person to rent a shared flat

Me and my friend are graduating soon and leaving our last uni home. Due to unfortunate circumstances we’re short a person and would like to find a third for renting a shared flat or house. I’m a trans woman and my friend is a cis guy. We’re hoping to find a cool chill person who will be open to a shred flat or house. Gender doesn’t matter for us, just as long as you’re chill and respectful. Would be ideal if we would get along, we are art nerds for reference but ultimately we don’t care who joins our group, just as long as they’re able to pay reliably and are respectful. Would love to make new friends though:)
