Editor/lexicographer/linguist seeks long-term let

I'm an editor, proofreader, lexicographer and linguist, with a creative side, looking for somewhere to live long-term, in cycling range of Exeter and Dawlish. Sadly, I suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder, which has made paying work impossible, so I receive Universal Credit. I'm seeking a room big enough to have a desk and several bookshelves as well as a bed, as I do (less stressful) voluntary work from home. Somewhere I can keep my bicycle out of the rain would be good, if possible; I don't drive. I am introverted and shy, but friendly.
