I’m looking for a large double room with en-suite/own bathroom in Zone 1/2 East. Happy to consider both sides of the river. I’m also happy to consider a buddy up arrangement.

My priorities are:
Spacious (space for storage and a desk)
Close to (10/15 mins max) an underground station
En suite preferred
Natural light
Open to furnished or unfurnished but would prefer unfurnished
Somewhere that won’t be freezing in winter

I value a pleasant and friendly home environment and the budget is flexible for the right place. No preference on gender/balance of flatmates - just looking for a friendly, considerate and calm home.
