Looking for 2 Rooms/Buddy Up

Hey lovelies!

My friend Sarah and I are looking for 2 rooms in May/June time in South London, preferably SE/SW but open. Budget is £700-850 max bills included.

We’re childhood friends, both Filipino, and from Devon. We’ve both lived in shared houses during uni so have a lot of experience living with other people while keeping spaces clean and tidy which is important to us.

A bit about us:
I'm Beann (pronounced Bee-yan) and 26 y/o. I'm sociable and enjoy pubs, walks, gigs, and exploring London, but I also love a cosy night in watching films, and really value my own downtime too.
I work from home full-time as an Operations assistant (mostly from my room or out and about), and I'm clean and tidy. I do have a few pals in London already, but would love to live with like-minded people who I can be friends with too!

I’m Sarah, I’m 23 and I’m an ENFJ so pretty social and enjoy going out (always up for a pub), but I also really value my own space and downtime. I like a good balance. I’m a data scientist working hybrid with an office in central.
I’m into the gym, running, and generally keeping active. Also enjoy watching films, reading and music. Pretty much down for anything.
Ideally, looking for someone to get along with. not just a flatmate, but someone we can be friends with.
