I’m a friendly, tidy 34-year-old woman working full-time in the charity sector (hybrid). I’m looking for a double ensuite room in a clean, respectful household with bills included.
About me:
• Non-smoker indoors (I only smoke outside and respect others’ space).
• I have my own car, so dedicated parking is essential.
• Need to be no more than a 15-20-minute walk from a station.
• I keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and I’d love a household that does the same.
• I pretty much mind my own business and enjoy a calm, independent vibe, but I’m easy-going and don’t mind music playing in the house (mine or others’).
What I’m looking for:
• Double ensuite room, preferably with private balcony or garden access.
• Considerate, clean professionals who respect each other’s space.
• A relaxed, positive atmosphere.
I’m reliable with rent and bills, and happy to provide references. Looking for a long-term home.
