I started a full time employment at UCL as a postdoctoral researcher and I am looking for a long term accommodation starting on 30th May. I am looking for a furnished room in a shared flat/house with females. I prefer to have en-suite room or share the bathroom with one female. My budget is up to £1450 pcm..
I am very quiet, tidy, and make sure to keep the place I live in clean. I don’t smoke or have any pets. I won’t be having visitors or parties. I will be working in my office at UCL 5 days a week from 09:30- 18:00, so no working from home.
