I am a professional male aged 28. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 24/04/2026 and have a budget of £900pcm.

I’ve been living in a house share for over a year now, so I’m very comfortable with shared living, being mindful of communal spaces and keeping the home clean and welcoming.

I work full-time as a waiter and part-time in events and marketing within the music and fashion industries, so I’m out of the house most days, keeping myself fairly busy with work and social commitments.

I’m clean, respectful and easygoing, and I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home where people enjoy a bit of company but also value their own space.

I enjoy the occasional drink, film night or chat, and generally having a nice atmosphere at home.
