Couple looking for s/t homebase

English/Dutch couple looking for a short term rental in Brighton for the summer. We are looking to move in ASAP and leave at the end of July. I am originally from the area and returning after years of travelling with my husband, Abel.
We are a social pair who are up for making new friends and hoping to get the most out of our time back here.
In the time we have lived abroad, we have become familiar with house shares and other shared spaces. We both ensure we do what we can to maintain a peaceful and organized place. We care deeply about our space and other people.
We don't particularly mind who we share with, however our preference is people of about our age or who carry a youthful spirit. A double room is non negotiable, but are happy to be more flexible with other aspects of the property.
