Looking for a Studio apartment or One bed

Hi!

I’m on the hunt for a **studio, one-bed, or a house with a bit of my own space** , somewhere I can feel at home (and maybe do the occasional yoga without knocking over a lamp).

About me:
I work as a Global Distributor & Retail Manager in the fitness world, so staying active is my vibe. I’m a boxer, yoga teaching qualified, and part-time writer, which basically means I can be energetic and very zen, depending on the occasion.

I’m also:

* A big movie nerd (always up for a film night)
* Very tidy (your kitchen will thank you)
* Respectful of space and others privacy, but also happy to be social when it suits.

I live a pretty positive, grounded lifestyle (Buddhist-inspired), so I’m easygoing, drama-free, and generally just good energy to live with.

What I’m looking for:

* A calm, clean space ideally
* A friendly/social house with good food and good conversation, but equally happy doing my own thing
* Somewhere that feels like a good energy match.

I may be heading off to France next summer, so I’m open to flexible lets or sublets, annexes or outdoor garden studios, basically if it’s a great setup, I’d definitely consider staying longer in London.
