Looking for a “buddy up” in Leeds city centre 🌸

I’m currently looking for a potential buddy up with in Leeds. My budget is flexible i’m currently viewing 1 beds at £1.2k per month myself, but would like to consider flat sharing a 2 bed with another person. I’m looking at Uncle/headline/junction buildings.

A bit about me:

I work full-time as a surveyor, working from home 2 days and in the office 3. I’m sociable, active, and enjoy a good mix of going out (dinners, events, the occasional drinks) and quieter time (walks, hiking, chilled evenings). I’ve recently sold my house in Durham, so I’m used to having my own space and keeping things clean, tidy, and well looked after.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and considerate to live with. I like a home that feels calm and comfortable, but I also enjoy being sociable and would like to be friends with whoever I live with.

I’m ideally looking for a modern, well-kept flat in or around the city centre close to Whitehall Road.
