Spare Room Wanted - Active, Tidy Professional

Hi, I’m a 33-year-old male working as a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager, currently looking for a place to call home.
I’ll be working down at HPC and expect to stay at the property around 3–4 nights per week, so I’m open to either having my own space or sharing with like-minded, friendly professionals.
A bit about me: I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy fitness, running, cycling, outdoor hiking, and sports like badminton, squash, and golf. I’m also a big Formula One fan and enjoy cooking, so a good kitchen is definitely a bonus.
I’m very house proud and value a clean, tidy, and well-looked-after home. I’m easy-going and sociable, but also appreciate my own downtime, and I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful environment—whether that’s occasionally sharing meals or simply enjoying a comfortable space.
Given I’ll only be around part of the week, I’m a low-impact housemate but still take pride in contributing to a positive and well-maintained home.
