Friendly, tidy PhD student looking for a room

Hi, I’m a friendly, tidy and respectful PhD student/professional looking for a clean and comfortable room in a relaxed household. Most of my week is spent working or studying, so I’m pretty easy to live with — organised, quiet when needed, and unlikely to cause chaos in the kitchen.

Outside of work, I’m into gym, badminton, photography, cars and exploring good food spots. I’m sociable and happy to have a chat, but I also value personal space and a peaceful home environment. I’m not looking for a party house — more a place where people are considerate, easy-going and know how to clean up after themselves.

Ideally I’m looking for a home that’s tidy, friendly and drama-free, with respectful housemates and a decent standard of cleanliness. My deal-breakers are poor hygiene, constant noise, and people treating shared spaces like a personal storage unit.
