Creative Professional Seeking Double Room – Leices

Hi, I'm Ragzy, a creative professional (designer/copywriter) also working part-time at Leicester Racecourse, looking for a comfortable double room in Leicester city centre or close by, available from May 2026.

I work hybrid – splitting my time between creative freelance work from home and shifts at the Racecourse, with more time out of the house during summer. This means I'm a calm, considerate presence at home without being permanently underfoot. I'm tidy, keep shared spaces clean, and I'm the type who respects everyone's routine and personal space.

I'm not a late-night person – I keep reasonable hours, don't smoke, don't host parties, and don't have pets. I'm happy in a mixed or single-gender flatshare as long as the vibe is respectful and relaxed.

What I'm looking for:
- Double room, furnished
- £600–£700 pcm bills included
- Leicester city centre or well-connected to it (walkable or short bus)
- Available from 1st May 2026 onwards
- Minimum 6 months, open to longer
