1 Bedroom Flat

I’m Ilkan, I run a recruitment agency in London and split my time between the UK and abroad. Me and my partner are currently returning to London and looking for a 1-bedroom flat from early May until around late July.

I’m a reliable and respectful tenant, financially stable, and I also own a property myself which is currently rented out long-term. I understand how important it is to look after a place properly and keep things straightforward.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere clean, well-kept, and in a good location with easy transport links. I’m flexible on areas for the right place.
