I’ve got a great sense of humour and am very approachable, so I’m easy to get along with — always up for a chat, but equally respectful of personal space and downtime. I strike a good balance between being sociable and independent.

I’m clean, tidy and take pride in keeping shared spaces in great condition. I’m very considerate as a housemate — mindful of noise, respectful of others’ routines, and I value a calm, drama-free environment.

I work full-time, so I have a good routine during the week and like to relax in the evenings or catch up with friends occasionally.
