Description
Hi there! We are Lucie & Lisa, two professionals who met through SpareRoom and realized our living styles are a perfect match. We are now looking to "team up" and find a high-quality, peaceful flat to call home starting in mid May.
We are searching for a high-quality flat share or a team-up with like-minded women who value a tidy, respectful, and calm environment. Our ideal locations include Chelsea, South Kensington, Hammersmith, Fulham, or Putney (ideally near the District Line).
Lucie: A dedicated medical student splitting time between campuses in Chelsea, South Ken, Hammersmith, and White City. I’m organized, emotionally intelligent, and view my home as a sanctuary.
Lisa: An architectural assistant working in Battersea. I’m social, proactive, and love the idea of curating a space that feels like a genuine home rather than just a place to sleep.
Our Must Haves:
The Third Space: We would like to have a communal area—ideally with a large dining table—where we can co-work, share a healthy meal, or just chat outside of our bedrooms.
The Rooms: Light-filled, furnished rooms. Lucie requires enough space for a large study desk (ensuite preferred!).
Essentials: High-speed broadband and off-street parking.
The Vibe:
We aren't looking for a "party house," but we aren't looking to be strangers either! You can expect:
A Sanctuary" Vibe: We are tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and value a peaceful atmosphere after a long day of work or placement.
Balance: We both value our solo time for reflection and study, but we’re always up for a morning matcha, an evening walk, or a spontaneous adventure.
Reliability: We are organized and proactive!
