Looking for cool, fun, respectful housemates

Turning 30 in May and want to start a new chapter of my life, closer to work and other friends around Bristol. I'm committed long term to my job, I work in mental health around the BS4 area so not too far would be ideal as I'd like to bike into work. However all my mates that I've met from my time while being a manager in hospitality live North or East, so better bus routes and closer to them/centre would be nice.

I was looking to rent alone but I think it be nice to live with others especially if we have some common interests vibe well. It has felt lonely at times where I've lived for the last 3 years as it was closer to my ex's friends and work. I'm leaning more towards meeting up with people on here and getting to know each other a little as equals so we can look for a place together asap.

Majority of my life I've lived with an ex partner or outnumbered by women (4 sisters) so it be nice to experience living with some guys.

It's important to me that home is a place where you like the people that you live with, you feel safe, you can have a good time and feel comfortable to be yourself. I'm a tidy individual and will ensure I keep the communal areas tidy for our comfort. I don't mind cleaning up for others or doing others laundry etc... if they're in need. I'm a bit of a people pleaser. I like clear and direct communication and happy to hear and consider other peoples needs.

Be great to make some new friends, try new things, get a climbing buddy or a gym buddy etc.. as I feel out of shape and having someone to go with would be great!

I love all forms of media and having someone to watch a show with, chat, laugh, go for a pint, play some games and trying new things with would be ideal. I'd need room for my pc and I also have a good amount of board games. I've got a sofa and some other bits and bobs for the house if needed.

While having a sociable house is nice I totally get people needing their own space to decompress and more than happy to stick in some earphones and do my own thing.
