Room/Room-Mate Wanted

I am a 22 year old estate agent looking for a double room to rent or a flatmate looking to move middle of June. I’m very clean and tidy, looking for someone the same ideally.

I like socialising and meeting new people, always up for a drink! Only moved up here in December 2024 so still relatively new to the city, so always looking to make new friends up here.

My budget is £800 including bills, but potentially could stretch slightly up to £850pcm for the right place. I work towards the south part of town, so around Deansgate/Picadilly is ideal, but I’ve lived next to Victoria Station before so happy with something closer that way.

I don’t really have a preference when it comes to flatmates, as long as your social and don’t have a cat (I’m allergic) I’m sure we’ll get along well :)
