1 double room wanted for female professional

32 year old professional woman looking to move back to Edinburgh after living there for the past 3 years.

Looking to rent for next 5-6 months at least, whilst I potentially look for somewhere to buy. (end of Sept/Oct)

Happy to live with pets (I have family cats and dogs) and my previous renting arrangement was super friendly - we hung out but also enjoyed our alone time, and kept the flat clean and tidy between us.

I work across the Fringe/Christmas/Hogmanay in Edinburgh so often in the office, with some occasional time working from home. I'm out of the house a lot for work events and also travel back to Glasgow regularly to visit friends/family. I'm tidy, respectful and like to chill after work by going to the gym, watching TV or reading.
