Reliable, tidy tenant seeking long-term room

Hi, I’m currently looking for a long-term room where I can settle and have a stable place to live.

I’m a calm, respectful, and tidy person who values a peaceful home environment. I keep to myself a lot of the time but I’m also friendly, approachable, and easy to get along with. I’m very mindful of shared spaces, always clean up after myself, and respect other people’s routines, privacy, and boundaries.

At the moment I’m on disability benefits, which means I have a stable and reliable income, and rent is always my top priority. I’m also actively working with support services and focusing on building a positive, structured routine and moving forward in a good direction. I can provide references and support contact details if needed for extra reassurance. There may also be funding available through Rochdale Homelessness services to help with a deposit and rent in advance, which can support securing accommodation.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere in the Middleton area or outside of Rochdale, as I’m trying to move into a more positive environment that supports my wellbeing and progress.

In my spare time I’m into football, watching matches and keeping up with teams, and I enjoy relaxing with music, TV, or getting out for a walk. I’m easygoing, not into partying, and prefer a quieter lifestyle.

I don’t smoke indoors and I’m not someone who brings a lot of noise or disruption into a home. I’m really looking for a place where I can settle long-term, feel comfortable, and treat it like a proper home.
