Aus archaeologist gal moving to Edinburgh

Hello! I am Georgia, I’m a 32 year old woman from Melbourne, Australia, and am coming to Edinburgh on April 27th. I am coming over on the Youth Mobility visa, mainly to work in archaeology but also want to explore Scotland and Europe a bit. While I do want to travel, I’d like to have a home base in Edinburgh, ideally somewhere central. I’ve heard I’m a pretty good housemate, I’ve lived in a four person share house for the last three years and have made lasting friends from it. I’m a decent cook and baker, so love a dinner party or just cooking for people in general, I keep things clean, I respect peoples’ spaces (and expect the same in kind), and it’s pretty easy to twist my arm to join in on a pint or wine. Ideally would like a furnished room as I’m not coming over with much. Happy to answer questions or chat more!
