LCF student seeking calm & friendly Stratford home

Hi! I’m Silvia, a Colombian designer moving to London to start my MA at London College of Fashion this September. I’m currently looking for a warm, respectful and easy-going home in Stratford / East Village 🌿

A bit about me: I work in fashion and cosmetics, I love anything related to design, culture and aesthetics. I’m clean, organised and mindful of shared spaces, but also social and always up for a nice chat, cooking together or a glass of wine every now and then ✨

What I’m looking for:

- A simple but comfortable room (not too small) with good natural light
- Space for a small desk/work setup
- Good WiFi (very important!)
- Washing machine
- Private bathroom would be a plus, but not essential

Budget: £700–£900 pcm (bills included preferred)
Move-in: ideally early September, no later than September 15

I’d love to live with kind, open-minded people and a household that feels safe, welcoming and queer-friendly. I really value a peaceful environment, but also enjoy a friendly, human vibe at home 💫
