A room near RH5 during my house refurb please...

I am a single male with children and grand-children in Reigate and South London. My house (in Coldharbour Surrey) is being refurbished (starting May 2026 taking 10 weeks?) and I’m looking for somewhere to base myself during the works so I can keep an eye on the project. If a room was perfect for me, I'd take it straight away.

I’m planning to use the opportunity to have a bit of a holiday (e. g. visit family and friends and do a few overseas trips) so I won’t be around full time. I’d prefer a “seven days a week” tenure but if “Monday to Friday” is essential to landlords (in an otherwise perfect property) I could make myself scarce at weekends.

All my belongings will be in storage so I won't need much space but parking (nearby) is essential.

I have shared many houses (although not recently) but if requested I can provide references from: i) my most recent landlady (in Coldharbour as it happens) and ii) my current next door neighbours...
