Young professional looking for room June onwards

Hiya! I'm Becky, 29yo professional moving back to Edinburgh after 5 years living closer to family in New Zealand (I come supplied with Whittakers iykyk)

I'll be starting a job at the vet school in June, so looking for a room in a shared flat near bus links to Easter Bush (15, 37, 47). Fairly flexible location wise along those routes- tollcross, meadows, bruntsfield, morningside, polwarth, prestonfield, liberton/KB. Budget ideally $600pm or under before bills/council tax

I'm chatty with people know well but definitely value my own space to recharge. Love learning languages (German, French and Spanish), trying new recipes, French baking, fancy dress, cycling, formula one. I'm not anti-alcohol but I rarely drink, and I do not smoke.

I'm happy to flat with either other young professionals or PG students. I have experience flatting with both guys and girls so don't have much preference gender wise as long as the flat is friendly, welcoming, tidy and respectful. Flats with regular flat dinners or movie/games/cocktail night is a bonus!
