Creative, tidy and easy going looking for a room

Hi, I’m Richard, 50, currently living in Hackney and looking to move into a friendly, settled house share from around 2 August.

I previously ran my own successful aesthetics business in London and now work on a mixture of beauty, creative, AI and entrepreneurial projects. I’m financially secure and can provide references and proof of funds if required.

At home I’m clean, considerate and independent, but I’d also really value living somewhere with some warmth and occasional shared conversation rather than a completely anonymous arrangement. I enjoy music, books, theatre, creative projects and keeping active. I’m sociable, but I respect other people’s privacy and wouldn’t be looking to bring a party atmosphere into the house.
