I'm a visiting scholar at UoL, and I'm looking for a long-term room for myself, starting from late July (around the 20th, slightly flexible).

I need a comfortable and stable place to settle in while I focus on my research and daily life in London. I'm a tidy, easy-going, non-smoking professional, and I respect house rules and shared spaces.

What I'm after:

· ensuit or double room (for one person)
· Long-term stay (6 months or more, open to discussion)
· Budget: around £250–£350 per week including bills (or equivalent monthly)
· Good Tube link to central London – preferably in North London (e. g., Archway, Holloway, Camden, King's Cross, Highbury, Islington) or West London (e. g., Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Ealing, Acton, Chiswick)
· Safety is a top priority – I'm looking for a quiet, safe, and well-connected neighbourhood
· Furnished, with kitchen access and reliable Wi-Fi
