Double Room wanted from June, Long Term, Brighton

I’m 20 and moving back to Brighton in June for a placement year working in Burgess Hill. I’m looking for a furnished double for the full year, obviously young so can be with student but ideally not as I’ll be working full time.

Budget is up to £730 a month. Bills included would be great. Parking would be great also if it’s available.

I’m clean, tidy and easy to live with. I work and exercise most days so I tend to keep pretty regular hours. I’m very sociable and happy to get to know whoever I’m living with, but I also respect that people have their own lives and routines.
