Hi! I’m Amber, a 23-year-old working professional looking for a friendly and respectful flatshare. I’m tidy, considerate, and sociable, but I also value my downtime after a busy day.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, yoga, pilates, movie nights, and reading. I love going for walks, exploring new places, going to charity shops and visiting galleries. I’m always up for a pub trip (bonus points if there’s a pool table involved) and love trying new restaurants and bars. I also really appreciate connecting with nature and traveling, which is when I love to pull my digi/film camera out.

What I’m Looking For
* A bright, furnished room
* Budget: £1000 per month (incl bills) - willing to go over for the perfect place
* Preferably in or around Hackney — ideally East or North East London — but open to other areas too
* Must have a living room

Hoping to join a flat that feels like a home rather than just living with strangers. Looking for people who are friendly, clean, easy-going, respectful and considerate. Open to either a professional or student household.

Logistics
Ready to move in ASAP
Happy with a tenancy takeover or sublet (if you clear out space for my stuff)
Looking for somewhere to stay initially for a few months so I can decide whether it works for me, with the option to extend (I’ll probably end up staying for longer but want to be upfront that I might not be there for ages)
If I leave I’ll help you find a new flatmate :)
