Room needed for mid aged professional

I am a primary teacher who is looking for a room since splitting with my girlfriend. I am out most of the day and happy to relax in the evenings / weekends but will also socialise should people want to. I am tolerant, respectful and understand the dynamics of house sharing. People say I am friendly and easy going also. Looking for someone who is the same.
I need a place to call home, certainly for the short term and hopefully longer, if things work out. I clean up after myself and keep a tidy room.
