Hello,

I’m a 43 year old professional working in HR for a non-profit organisation near London Bridge, currently looking for a comfortable double room from 16/04/2026. My budget is up to £1000pcm.

I work mainly office-based, with 1–2 days working from home each week, so I have a fairly regular routine. I’m respectful, reliable and tidy, and I value a calm and considerate home where everyone feels comfortable.

I enjoy a good balance between social time and personal space and happy to chat over a cup of tea or share the occasional meal, while also appreciating quiet downtime after work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially hiking in the mountains when I can. I also enjoy reading and listening to podcasts exploring wellbeing and the nature of reality.

In terms of location, I’d ideally like somewhere a little greener or leafier, while keeping my commute to around 50 minutes or less to London Bridge.
