Looking for a room for a year

Hello,
Im a 30 year old MA student coming to London around September (flexible).

I am looking to find a nice place that would allow me to get to the Royal Collage of Art in the city center in a relatively easy way.
Im only coming for a year and mainly to do some art, meet people and see London for the first time - so any persons from the art and culture orientation would be lovely.

I think Im a relatively comfortable flatmate, clean but not OCD levels, I can cook, am quiet when needed and down for most things. I smoke, but am able to accommodate to house rules. Easy going yet responsible!

PS: I might have an option and a will to bring my really adorable (and non barking) dog along with me. But It’s not a sure thing and I would gladly discuss it since it’s far from a 100% guarantee at this point.
