Looking for a room or buddy up in SW

I’m Ezzy, 25 and currently live in Essex. I have been working in London in medical communications for over 1.5 years but looking to finally move out of my parents house.

Currently looking in Clapham/balham/tooting but also open to other areas. My budget is up to £1000 excluding bills (ideally less tho lol). I wfh 3-4 days a week so ideally looking for a double room with enough space for a desk.

I am a very social person and love hanging around people but also can respect when downtime is needed. I love a trip to the pub, a night out, dinners nights, coffee walks and exploring new places, abroad or local (basically I am down to do anything)! I also love the gym, reading and crotchet.

I am moving to London alone so ideally looking for people who want to be friends and not just housemates.

I am not in a major rush to move so hoping to find the right housemates but also flexible with move in dates if I find the right people.
