Short-Term Summer Let Wanted (Mid-May–September)

Hi all,

We’re a quiet, respectful married couple in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a short-term let over the summer while we finalise a house purchase. Ideally, we’re hoping to move in from late May (around the last week of May) as our current lease ends on May 31st, and stay through June, July, and August, up until September.

We’re particularly hoping to find students or tenants heading away for the summer who want to keep their place but make some money while they’re gone. We’re very flexible and would be completely happy for you to leave your belongings in the apartment, and equally, if you wanted to come back for the odd night or visit during the summer, that’s absolutely fine with us.

What we’re looking for:

A private space with sole occupancy (no house shares)
Availability from late May through the summer
A clean, comfortable place we can treat as a temporary base

Budget: Around £750 per month, though we’re open to hearing about anything slightly above that for the right place.

We’re tidy, reliable, and easy to deal with. If you’ve got a place sitting empty this summer and want it minded while earning a bit on the side, we’d be a great fit.
