Student looking for room near Heriot Watt

Hi there,

I’m a student who will be starting at Heriot-Watt University this September and I’m currently looking for a room in a shared house or flat near the university (ideally within around a 10-minute drive, but I’m also open to well-connected areas in Edinburgh).

My budget is up to £180 per week, and I’m happy with either bills included or shared bills depending on the property.

I’d ideally like a friendly, relaxed and sociable household, but I also respect personal space and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having quiet time. I’m very open when it comes to housemates and would be happy living in a mixed house with students or professionals of any age.

In terms of myself, I’m very active and enjoy sports, and I also have a strong interest in motorcycles. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and I always make an effort to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.

I’m ideally looking to move in around mid to late August, but I can be flexible if needed.
