Early career professional looking for studio/room

I'm a 23yo animator and artist local to Bournemouth looking to move out and kick my career up a gear or two. I'm a quiet and tidy person, a bit introverted at home but not unsociable - I like to hang out, but I often need to recharge too, so don't worry if I seem to have vanished for a bit! I make sure I've got good communication with any and all housemates to make sure I'm being respectful of people's time, space, and work schedule, and I hope for the same in return. I have a bunch of wide-ranging interests from gaming to palaeontology and I love picking up new hobbies.

I'd like to join a flat or house share of similarly inclined folks; professionals, students, or a mix doesn't matter. In order, I'm looking for studio apartments -> double rooms -> single rooms. Ensuites are a huge plus but not a necessity. After a rough experience in student living, if the property is shared, I'm only interested if it has 2 or more bathrooms. Solid broadband (or the ability to set up my own broadband contract) is a must.

I'm currently self-employed and job searching, and in a slightly tricky to navigate situation. I'm living with a family member who's very vulnerable to airborne sickness like colds, flu, and covid, so I'm not really able to leave the house for property viewings, and can only do virtual/remote ones.
