Early career professional looking for studio/room

I'm a 23yo animator and artist local to Bournemouth looking to move out and kick my career up a gear or two. I'm a quiet and tidy person, a bit introverted at home but not unsociable - I like to hang out, but I often need to recharge too, so don't worry if I seem to have vanished for a bit! I make sure I've got good communication with any and all housemates to make sure I'm being respectful of people's time, space, and work schedule, and I hope for the same in return. I have a bunch of wide-ranging interests from gaming to palaeontology and I love picking up new hobbies.

I'd like to join a flat or house share of similarly inclined folks; professionals, students, or a mix doesn't matter. In order, I'm looking for studio apartments -> double rooms -> very large single rooms. Ensuites are a huge plus but not a strict necessity. Gardens also ideal but not having one isn’t a dealbreaker.

Non-negotiables, however, are as follows:
- 2 or more bathrooms, including a minimum of 2 separate toilets, OR an ensuite connected to the room I move into, if the property is shared like an HMO.
- Solid broadband (or the ability to set up my own broadband contract if needed) is a must.
- Washing machine.

I'm currently job searching while snapping up the odd one-off jobs I can get on the side, while trying to break into the animation industry. My current situation is pretty tough - I had to move back in with my parents after graduating and my mother is pretty badly immunocompromised, meaning I can't leave the house with the regularity required for an in-person job or I risk bringing back something that I can shrug off but that would put her in the hospital.

Given the complexity of the situation, I'm being supported by the local council and the DWP in my housing search - I’m on full housing benefits which covers up to £695. I also have a guarantor who is a UK property owner as an extra layer of security.

I'm looking for places to the east and southeast of Boundary Road, with BH1 and BH9 ideal postcodes.

I'm available to start the tenancy process immediately.
