PhD student looking for a room 2026/27

Starting my PhD at UoE in September and looking to move into a shared house August/September time. My budget is around £600-£800 pcm but can be flexible. I would be looking to share with other women about the same age (early to mid 20s) and preferably other students.

I am a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I enjoy both a chilled night in and also evenings out. I like getting out for walks in the countryside, coffee shop trips, browsing charity shops and pub quizzes! I’ve lived in shared houses for the past 4 years and have made friends for life - hoping to do the same again :)
