Professional seeking double room in Hammersmith W6

Hi,

I’m an Italian professional in my 30s starting a new full-time role with an international company based in Hammersmith (W6) from 1 July 2026.

I’m looking for a double room in a clean, professional house-share (2-4 people, all working adults) in W6 Hammersmith or very close (W12 Shepherd’s Bush / W14 Barons Court / SW6 Fulham).

What I’m looking for:
• Long-term AST tenancy (minimum 6-12 months) – I need to register for Council Tax and move my UK residency here
• Bills included (wi-fi, council tax, utilities)
• Budget up to £1,300 pcm all-inclusive
• Clean, quiet and respectful housemates
• Good transport links (I fly often from Gatwick, so District line / Victoria is perfect)

About me:
• Clean, tidy and low-maintenance (I work long hours and travel to Milan/construction sites quite often)
• Respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines
• no pets

Happy to do a viewing in person or via video call.
Available to move in from 22 June 2026.
