Room wanted Edinburgh – June/July

Looking for a room in a friendly, sociable flat in Edinburgh from June/July (flexible for the right place). Budget ~£700pcm (excl. bills). Ideally somewhere with a shared living space and good transport links for commuting but am fairly open on area.
I’m 23 and moving through from Glasgow, where I’ve been for uni. I now work in Cumbernauld (commuting to office 3 days, WFH 2), so I’ve got a steady routine during the week.
I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful — not overly fussy, but I clean as I go and like the flat to feel looked after. Happy to share chores and just keep things running smoothly.
Ideally looking for a social flat with other young professionals where people are up for a chat, watching TV together or the odd pub/quiz, but also respectful of each other’s space.
Outside of work I’m into running, any sport in general and travelling, and I’m always up for a quiz. I don’t smoke and keep things pretty low-key during the week.
Ideally looking for somewhere longer-term as I’m planning to properly settle in Edinburgh.
Open to buddying up with like-minded people to find a place together too.
