My name is Mathis, and I am a business student from Germany. I will be moving to Oxford for my semester abroad at EM Normandie from September to December 2026.
I am looking for a furnished room in a shared house or apartment. Ideally, the location would be within walking/cycling distance to the city centre or well-connected via bus (areas like Cowley, Divinity Road, or Headington would be great).
A bit about me:
Respectful & Clean: I value a tidy home and am very reliable when it comes to house rules and bills.
Sociable but Studious: I enjoy a chat in the kitchen or a shared meal, but I also respect everyone’s need for privacy and quiet time—especially since I’ll be busy with my studies.
Non-smoker: I have no pets and lead a fairly quiet lifestyle.
As I am only staying for the autumn term (4 months), I am looking for a landlord or flatshare that is open to a short-term let. I am happy to provide references or jump on a Video Call/WhatsApp for a virtual meeting and viewing.
