Buddy up or spare room - May

I’m 27 and starting a new job in Bristol at a sustainable materials start up at the beginning of May. I currently live in London, but completed a PhD at the University of Bath so know the area well. I’m a clean, tidy, chilled and respectful housemate. I work full time 9-5 in the office so won’t need to WFH. Looking for a relaxed but sociable house (occasional meal/ movie/ trip to pub etc).

In my spare time I’m into sport (social football / racquet sport recs would be welcome!), cooking, gigs, galleries, going out for meals/drinks with friends. Looking to get out more to the country/coast on weekends for hiking/camping/surfing as I move away from London!

Hoping to spend around £700-750 on rent with bills included. Happy with either a spare room in an existing house share or buddying up with others to look for a new place.
