Hardworking Guy Looking for Room

Hey Im Rob, 37, gay guy.
Im the kind of person who is generally at work or asleep.
I am friendly and polite but happy to also keep myself to myself at home.
Im clean and take care of myself (however I generally would prefer somewhere with a cleaner - I am very busy and have a weird schedule that doesnt necessarily allow for rotas etc) but im very much of the Leave No Trace kind of approach to communal areas!
Im usually listening to radio 6. I would love to live with friendly chill people, I dont generally socialise at home and prefer a fairly chill house but can flex on this if the vibe is good.
I make and install shop window displays for work so very practical and good at DIY etc as a house bonus. Not the worlds best cook but happy to share meals if people are into that.
