25 year-old academic looking for a flatshare/buddy

Hi, I’m Angus, 25, and I’m a final-year History PhD Student and graduate teaching assistant.

I would like to find one other person to flat share with in South West / West London, starting from September 2026. I’m currently thinking about Acton, Chiswick, Ealing, Wimbledon, Morden, but I would be happy to discuss other options.

My budget is £1200 pcm excluding bills. Ideally, I would like an en suite room

I always keep things clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I’m looking for a calm and quiet house.

I enjoy running, padel, tennis, as well reading and listening to podcasts. Lots of my friends already live in London.

I mostly WFH.
