Hello, In short you can call me JP. I am a PhD student at the University of Manchester. I am looking for a house to stay, first for 6 months, closer to the University. With mutual agreement, would like to extend. As long as the house is reasonably tidy and in living condition (no rats or insects), I can adjust with anything else. I prefer other students due to council tax issues. If it is taken care of separately, I don't mind any occupation. Someone who is respectful of other tenants are preferable.
I am more adventurous type, would be an all rounder friend to flatmates, can sometimes cook for others, if they are ill. I don't complain much for small issues, which I can take care
