Hello 👋 we're an Asian Australian couple who have moved over to London on the Youth Mobility Visa.

We are looking for a short or longer term lease from mid July.

Ideal areas: Central areas, zone 1 or 2. Some areas we've identified so far that seem a nice fit include Spitafields or near Tower Bridge, Angel, Highbury & Islington. PT access ideally within 10mins walk is a must, with time into central ideally within 20 minutes.

Budget under £1800 pcm for us 2 combined (max. £2000 if very central and spacious) for a furnished place, including bills.

About us:
- Non-smokers, clean/tidy, no shoes in house types.
- Healthy, active lifestyle back home...maybe less here (gym/calisthenics/sports)
- My partner works in a banking risk role back home. He will then be searching for something similar, so expects some hybrid WFH/office arrangement.
- I will potentially be WFH some/all days depending on what job I find.
- We will be looking to travel quite a bit while we're here (main reason for moving!)
