Sociable Web Designer/Yoga Teacher ISO room

Remote working web designer & developer with my own agency. Currently touring South East Asia where I regularly spend my winters and looking for a place to call home when I return in February.

In the day you'll find me working away on my laptop building websites for my clients - occasionally working odd hours as many are based in other countries and continents. In the evenings I tend to socialise, visit my partner and occasionally teach acro yoga and handstand classes.

I'm easygoing, social and generally a minimalist - so you won't need to worry about me taking over the place. Equally happy to keep to myself and share space with the rest of the house - ideally looking to live with folks that will become friends. Not a party animal but I do enjoy an occasional drink or dinner party.

I'm pretty active, non-smoking and have no pets. Would love shared interests with housemates too.
Potential Landlords:
I am very clean, responsible, and diligent as a tenant; I was head tenant in my last flatshare, and you will find that I am always cooperative and try to take initiative in resolving house issues. I treat any flat/houseshare like I would my own home, and always endeavour to maintain things to a high standard.
I have no pets, don't smoke and have a proven record of being reliable with payments. I have references available on demand, am employed, not on DDS/benefits.

I would particularly be looking for somewhere where I have access to a work space (in my room or the communal area) and where it is agreeable for me to hang a pull-up bar as well as a few other bits of exercise equipment (having space for yoga is ideal) though I am of course willing work around not having these things.
Ideally looking for somewhere in the south/south west as I run community events and classes in Clapham and would wish to have easy access to continue.
