Looking for a room in Raynes Park/Wimbledon for 3m

Dear Everyone, I am currently living at 88 Vernon Avenue, Raynes Par, but need to move out quite soon for reasons of the flat being renovated. I need to move out for 2-3 months. I am a professional programmer, over-50, very quiet, no pets, non-smoker, and am prepared to pay up to 1200 pounds per month (all bills included including wifi) preferably for an en-suite and ideally something with a separate entrance though that's not a deal breaker. I will need to move a large mirror (1.5 metres) and a small bookshelf in for the duration and will otherwise need a bed and either a small desk already there, or space to move mine in.
