Easy, friendly professional looking to buddy up

I'm an open-minded, easy-going person looking to buddy up with someone and move in somewhere around Withington.

I have shared a lot over the years. I have been living alone recently and basically just want a bit of extra cash to do stuff with, which is why I'm looking to share again.

I don't have a fixed date I need to move in, so I am happy taking my time and just finding someone sound I get on well with for a nice, cosy, easy living arrangement.

I work at MMU, but I'm quite creative in my spare time. I keep fit, enjoy a drink, sometimes it's nice to socialise and hang out, but home is also somewhere you go to hibernate, recharge, and be alone, so balance is nice!

Generally, I'm quite easy, cool with having people over for drinks and food etc. I have a brother and a girlfriend in the neighbourhood myself, so I'm not looking to live in a party house and like a bit of space but I would always want everyone to feel free to make the space a home and use it how they feel.

I'm looking for a buddy-up because I think moving in together is a nice, equal way of starting out living together.
