Looking for roommates (wells)

I’m a 28 year old, single working male who doesn’t have pets but gets on with animals. I don’t smoke but vaping doesn’t bother me but I don’t like the smell of cigarettes in the house so if you smoke them in house I’m not suited! Outsides fine! I’m tidy and clean and appreciate that from others but Im not anal about it! I’m pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, I’m not loud or annoying to be around but I like to be sociable! I like to chill but I also will probably spend a fair amount of time out the house!
