Seeking to share a house.

White male 58, recently returned from living long term in America but from the MH area. Small business in east Northants.
Would like to share a home with another person in the MH-Kettering-Corby area. Excellent references, and solid finances. Strong preference to share house- and not just have a room in a house.
I would also be very happy to help with maintainance and yard work if the owner/housemate needed help.
I am very sociable, and respectful of other people. Well educated and with good manners.

I have a small/medium size short haired dog- very clean and quiet. Ideally I would love to find a situation where my housemate also had pets. Happy to work around the house and share all responsibilites.
