Need a flat for uni

I just need a place for my 3rd and 4rd years of uni (Glasgow Caledonian). Studying mechanical engineering. Also in a mountaineering society at uni. I do have a girlfriend so a double room will be needed for when she comes over (no she won’t be living in the flat, only coming over every so often)

Pros :
-I will clean up after myself
-if I’m being too loud I will quiet down
-rent will always be on time
-will be out at the gym for large portions of the day (dunno if that a pro or a con but hey ho)

Cons :
-I may play games until early morning (like 2-3am, will be quiet if told to)
