I need a flat while I study at university

I just need a place for my 3rd and 4rd years of uni (Glasgow Caledonian). Studying mechanical engineering. I am also in a mountaineering society at uni.
I have a girlfriend (No she is not moving in with me she)

Pros :
-I will clean up after myself
-if I’m being too loud I will quiet down
-rent will always be on time
-will be out at the gym or uni for large portions of the day (dunno if that a pro or a con but hey ho)

Cons :
-I may play games until early morning (like 2-3am, I will be quiet if told to)
